Twisted Trails is Staten Island’s premier haunted forest walk-through experience — and it’s unlike anything else in New York City. This is not your typical haunted house. With 25 immersive scenes to explore, each uniquely themed and packed with a mix of animatronics, live actors, cinematic sets, and interactive photo ops, Twisted Trails delivers a Halloween adventure that’s both terrifying and unforgettable.

One of our most intense attractions is the Corn Stalkers Maze — a pitch-black labyrinth where your group is given a single candle to navigate eerie corridors filled with hidden animatronics and sudden jump scare actors. (Don’t worry — if that sounds a little too intense, we offer a bypass route for those who prefer to skip it.)

Bringing younger kids? Visit during daylight hours for a family-friendly version with no live actors — perfect for a spooky-but-fun outing.

The full trail typically takes 20 to 30 minutes to complete, but we invite you to slow down, listen to the haunted dialogue, interact with our characters, and snap plenty of photos to capture the fright-filled fun.

Hours of Operation: Check our website for exact hours as they vary based on the day and date. We also may add additional dates that will be listed on our website, and we may need to close some of the listed dates due to rain/weather. Being an outdoor attraction, we are unfortunately subject to the elements.

Admission Costs: We accept cash, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle, and tickets are sold at the entrance when you arrive. Typical price is $15 up to age 10 and $20 for ages 11+, but we have plenty of specials throughout the season from as low as $10 for all ages! Check our site for exact pricing!

For a more mid-range experience, come to one of our night sessions when no scare actors are present. Enjoy the beauty of the trail as you navigate the nearly 500 animatronics and props without having to worry about anyone trying to jump scare you. We try to offer something for everyone, no matter what your comfort range is, whether it be a mild daytime walk, a moderately spooky nighttime walk without actors, or a more intense night of terror with our actors out in full force.

Daytime at Twisted Trails offers a no-scare experience at a great price — perfect for families and younger visitors. There are no actors or jump scares during these hours, so you can enjoy the trail at your own pace.
